Hygiene and Safety Plan
In Viajeologia, security measures and new hygiene protocols have been implemented that will allow us to offer you a service with the maximum guarantees.
We have participated in the cleaning and disinfection activities of all the transportation units and the sales office.
The entities that advise us and endorse our procedures in the face of the current health emergency:
• Secretary of Health and Tourism of the Government of Mexico
• Safe Travels WTTC
This plan will be continuously updated with the information provided by the Secretary of Health and include the following measures.
When boarding the Transport
• Body temperature will be taken to identify if there are passengers with fever. If this is the case, access to the vehicle will not be allowed and the medical service will be sent for your attention.
• We will disinfect the luggage, carry-on bags, backpacks and strollers, as well as footwear.
• Transportation capacity is reduced in the first phase of opening in all our tours, transfers and activities. Physical distance of 1.5 meters.
• The mandatory use of face mask is required in all our transportation units and experiences.
• Don't consume food on board except bottled water.
• Antibacterial gel is available in the transport units.
• Personal protective equipment is provided to our collaborators (face shield, face mask and gloves) according to their functions and mandatory use. It is also requested for our suppliers and operators.
• Sanitation inside the transport unit and driver's cabin.
• Units will be kept ventilated when not occupied by passengers.
Inside the Transport unit
• Users must keep a distance of 1.5 m, so we will indicate the seats that will be unoccupied.
• Mandatory use of face mask inside the transport unit.
• We will keep the ventilation of the transport unit on.
• Availability of antibacterial gel.
At the Agency Tours & Concierge
• Upon arrival the use of face mask will be required, the body temperature will be taken and they will go through the disinfection mat to try to make this area a safer place. Also to collaborators and operators.
• When you do your consulting you will find disinfectant gel and a protection screen on the counter that will allow you to interact in complete safety.
• We disinfect all delivery material to the customer. At the same time, we have reinforced the cleaning and disinfection of counters.
• We provide basic prevention information and regulations during the tour to all clients.
• The “healthy distance” rule of 1.5 m between people must be respected at all times.
